DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels on our behalf. Please note that delivery times do not include processing times. We will process your order within 1-2 working days and you'll receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped out. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or during Public UK Bank Holidays.

Please note, delivery times are estimations and not guarantees. We can not refund any delivery costs for delayed parcels.

Space for Skin are not responsible for any customs tax or import duties that may incur if you decide to purchase something from our website that is being shipped outside of the UK. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office who can provide information on customs charges (if applicable).

Space for Skin are not responsible for any lost parcels, we recommend to use our Express option as this will include a signature. 

COLLECTION

If you live local to us, you can choose to collect your order from our clinic at the checkout once it has been processed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Please contact us directly to arrange a date and time.

RETURNS

All orders are final and at this current time we're unable to accept refunds on any orders including e-books, courses and skin products. We send all of our orders via Royal Mail where you will also get a tracking number to keep track of your items. Space for Skin is not responsible when products have been shipped.
